Refund policy

We do not accept returns on our Language Book unless it was damaged in transit. If your book was damaged please email us a picture of the damage along with the packaging to: acjachemem@gmail.com. 

Once your return request is received; we will contact you with the next steps. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
